{"id":11186,"date":"2025-07-17T17:31:12","date_gmt":"2025-07-17T17:31:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/itellum.com\/?page_id=11186"},"modified":"2025-07-17T20:44:08","modified_gmt":"2025-07-17T20:44:08","slug":"politicas-de-garantias","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/itellum.com\/en_us\/politicas-de-garantias\/","title":{"rendered":"Pol\u00edticas de garant\u00edas"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Warranty:<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Our satellite equipment is guaranteed for 6 months.<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If the satellite equipment stops working in less than 8 days after installation of the service, the equipment will be replaced immediately after determining that it stopped working due to factory problems and not due to improper use by the customer.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If the satellite equipment stops working more than 8 days and less than 6 months after the installation of the service, without being due to damage caused by the customer, the equipment will be sent to our technical service workshop through a shipment managed by the customer, where the cause of the damage to the terminal will be reviewed, proceeding to the repair or complete replacement of the unit if necessary without generating costs for the customer other than shipping.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If the equipment is damaged after 6 months of service installation, the customer may use the services of our service workshop, but the full costs of repairing the equipment shall be borne by the customer.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El equipo satelital siempre ser\u00e1 entregado a nuestros clientes por un t\u00e9cnico autorizado al momento de realizar la instalaci\u00f3n del servicio, si se determina que el equipo viene con alg\u00fan desperfecto o da\u00f1o de fabrica al momento de realizar la inspecci\u00f3n, se proceder\u00e1 a cambiar la unidad de inmediato.\u202f&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Garant\u00eda:\u202f&nbsp;
