Plans and rates

Itellum offers two different plans to its satellite internet customers described below: 

RESIDENTIAL	¢46,635 / month
CORPORATE	¢379,615 / month

Reconnection cost

Una vez el servicio de internet satelital es desconectado por incumplimiento de pago el cliente deberá cancelar los meses pendientes mas un cargo de ₡ 50,000 (IVAI) por costos de reconexión

Service transfer

El traslado de servicio deberá ser solicitado a servicio al cliente con 10 días hábiles de anticipación y este tendrá un costo de ₡ 133,200 (IVAI)

Return of equipment 

There are no additional costs to the end user for returns.

Equipment collection

The equipment collection visit is free of charge to the end user. 

Reactivation of services

Service reactivations are free of charge to the end user.

IP Addressing

Each service will have a dynamic public IP address which will have no additional cost for the end user. In case you require a group of IP addresses, you should contact your preferred sales consultant to request the corresponding quotation and validate their availability.

Installation Cost

La instalación se efectuara en un periodo no mayor a 4 días hábiles y tendrá un costo de ₡66,600 (IVAI) incluyendo en este costo los insumos necesarios (cableado, tornillería, grapas, Sellador)

Cost of technical visit for breakdowns caused by the client

El costo de la visita técnica injustificada es de ₡165,000 (IVAI) y se cobrará a partir de la segunda visita por este motivo, el monto deberá ser cancelado por el cliente al momento de terminar con la respectiva revisión y solución de la avería. 

Replacement cost

In case a user needs to replace any of the parts of the satellite kit that has been damaged by his own (verifiable) manipulation, he must pay for the affected component according to the following list: 

• Antena reflectora ₡129,704 (IVAI) 
• Radio transmisor ₡115,000 (IVAI) 
• Modem Router ₡123,676 (IVAI) 

Cost of arrears 

If applicable, the late payment charge will be 4% of the total value of the invoice pending payment. 

Installation Time 

El tiempo de instalación será de 4 días hábiles.
