All prices stipulated in this section are final prices and include all applicable taxes and legal fees. 

Plans and rates

Itellum offers two different plans to its satellite internet customers described below: 

RESIDENTIAL	¢46,635 / month
CORPORATE	¢379,615 / month

Reconnection cost

Once the satellite internet service is disconnected for non-payment, the customer will be charged ₡ 50,000 for reconnection costs.

Service transfer

The service transfer must be requested to customer service 10 days in advance and will cost ₡ 133,200 (IVA included).

Return of equipment 

There are no additional costs to the end user for returns.

Equipment collection

The equipment collection visit is free of charge to the end user. 

Reactivation of services

Service reactivations are free of charge to the end user.

IP Addressing

Each service will have a dynamic public IP address which will have no additional cost for the end user. In case you require a group of IP addresses, you should contact your preferred sales consultant to request the corresponding quotation and validate their availability.

Installation Cost

The installation will take no more than 4 working days and will cost ₡66,600 (IVA included), including the necessary supplies (wiring, screws, staples, sealant).

Cost of technical visit for breakdowns caused by the client

The cost of the unjustified technical visit is ₡165,000 and will be charged from the second visit for this reason, the amount must be paid by the customer at the time of completion of the respective review and solution of the fault. 

Replacement cost

In case a user needs to replace any of the parts of the satellite kit that has been damaged by his own (verifiable) manipulation, he must pay for the affected component according to the following list: 

• Reflector antenna ₡129,704 (IVA included) 
• Radio transmitter ₡115,000 (IVA included) 
• Modem Router ₡123,676 (IVA included) 

Cost of arrears 

If applicable, the late payment charge will be 4% of the total value of the invoice pending payment. 

Installation Time 

Installation time will be 4 business days (subject to end-user availability if not available within 4 business days after formalization).
